Job Title: Project Services Specialist - (ONSHORE) - Rio de Janeiro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise planning and production control activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines with clients.
- Monitor supplier deliveries, negotiating deadlines, scope, and delivery mode.
- Track financial results, operational costs, and projected margins.
- Issuance of schedules and project follow-ups and retrofits.
- Coordinate material delivery processes and invoicing.
- Inventory balance verification and strategic inventory management.
- Weekly reporting on billing, payments, costs, and margins.
- Analyze project critical paths, proposing solutions to meet deadlines.
- Manage planning routines, focusing on client communication and updates.
- Demonstrate collaboration, flexibility, effective management under pressure, clear communication, and results-oriented guidance.
- Handle, gather, and negotiate with external clients.
- Management of contracts and high-value orders.
- Work within tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to project changes.
- Focus on customer service and internal cost and deadline reduction with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Residence: Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Macaé acceptable).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
- Intermediate English (Advanced is a plus).
- Experience in SAP (PP, MM, PM) and MS Project.
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI.
