One of the largest players in the national retail segment is currently undergoing an exponential growth of its international presence. Given this scenario the company is searching for marketing performance manager to ensure its continuous growth.

As a Media and Performance Manager your greatest challenge will be to grow the companie's e-commerce international presence by planning and executing strategic plans, analysing, selecting and negotiating with big expressive marketing agencies.

**Main responsabilities**
- Plan and execute the strategic plan for marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and other campaigns;
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
- Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Evaluate emerging technologies;
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
- Collaborate and negotiate with agencies and other vendor partners;
**Requisitos**:

- Background with marketing performance management for e-commerce companies;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Being Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns;
- Fluent English;
