**Digital Advertising Specialist - Marketplaces**
**Location: Relocation to Zagreb, Croatia**
We are on the lookout for a key contributor to the company's digital advertising success, collaborating closely both internally and externally while delivering consistent and cost-effective digital media solutions that generate demand and support business growth.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered.
- At least 1-3 years in digital advertising or a similar role, with proven track record in multi-platform, multi-market campaign management.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta advertising
- Knowledge of any Advertising platform is a benefit (such as Amazon, Allegro, Zalando, MercadoLibre)
- Familiarity with project management tools, tracking tools, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure campaign performance is accurately tracked and aligned with defined KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, process, and analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare post-performance reports highlighting key learnings and recommendations.
- Adapt performance analysis methods where standard KPIs cannot be applied, ensuring valuable insights are still delivered.
- Recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency and results.
- Research opportunities to scale investments and maximize returns.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to strengthen marketplace positioning.
- Stay updated on and present new tools, features, and advertising opportunities relevant to campaign success.
- Evaluate advertising platform updates and assess their potential benefits.
- Test and analyze creative assets to determine effectiveness and impact.
- Collect, organize, and maintain creative assets for campaign use.
- Collaborate with eKey Account Managers to align strategies and execution
- Support additional campaign administration and data entry tasks as requested by the Supervisor.
