Descrição das Atividades: Mineração de dados; Pesquisa - desk research e ferramentas - para entender os problemas levantados no brief. Capturar as necessidades do negócio e do mercado dos clientes, traduzindo em insights assertivos; Análise de dados com objetivo em transformá-los em insights. Direcionamento estratégico para os times parceiros - planejamento, criação, mídia e ecomm. Acompanhamento do dia a dia da conta - você fará parte de uma squad com um cliente único. Desenvolvimento de apresentações. Presença em reuniões com cliente, apresentação de projeto e briefs. Trazer constantemente informações sobre tendências comportamentais e de cultura; Desenvolvimento de benchmarks, análise de concorrência, tendências, mercado, produto e negócio.
Requisitos Já ter trabalhado com pesquisa: desde a construção até aferição de resultados. Alta capacidade de transformar números e gráficos em informação e insights. Alto poder analítico e de interpretação de dados. Experiência comprovada com manipulação de dados. Ser data driven e focado em resultados. Boa oratória e objetividade na apresentação de ideias; Bom nível de Keynote e Power Point;
Desejável Entendimento de power BI, dados SQL, manipulação de excel e Dashboards não são fundamentais, mas é um diferencial. Experiência em desenvolvimento de benchmarks, análise de concorrência, jornada de shopper. Conhecimento em estatística e arquitetura de dados.
