**About the team**
- The team works on implementing and automating a reconciliation process for America's market. They help create the process and tools needed for the back-end process, reconciliation, fund flows, funding, ACH, RTP, and more So, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams. If you are passionate about open banking, working with tech teams, and ready to build, join us

**What you'll do**:

- Participate in identifying product and feature requirements for Trustly internally and our merchant partners. For example, the settlement and reconciliation process;
- Work closely with the Group Cash Management & Product Cash and Clearing teams;
- Ability to effectively formulate a reconciliation plan involving multiple banks and articulate clear requirements for automation;
- Understand and be able to incorporate reconciliation differences between various payment rails;
- Work with Finance, Product, and Banking teams to understand internal and merchant-facing reconciliation needs (transactional and bank account level).

**Who you are**:

- Knowledge of payment processes;
- Solid experience with banking and transactional reconciliation;
- Ability to create and implement returns and disputes management processes;
- Identify and write requirements needed to support settlement and reconciliation to automate where automation can be implemented;
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally including with technical teams;
- Clear and concise communication skills;
- Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience with Canadian bank settlement and reconciliation preferred;
- Prior experience working with finance and banking teams is a plus;
- Advanced English.
