Bra Labs Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

**ADP SBS RS Division is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst**

You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day continuously evaluating existing test coverage, identifying gaps, and implementing test strategies to achieve as much confidence as possible on your automation and assuring product quality. Your role also requires you to advocate for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience.

In this role, you will work with the development team and Product Owner to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for ADP's web-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment. This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:

- **Agile.**You understand that an agile environment requires flexibility. Sometimes the scope is not fully written, and you will have to talk with the Product Owner and the team to get more details and complement the User Stories. You and the team will define the sprint goal together. Working in two-week sprints, you need to keep up with timelines. Time constraints and fluidity of work often mean taking a creative approach to your testing strategy. Starting test development in parallel with the feature development may be one option.
- **Collaborate**. We work collaboratively, so you will communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for your products. You'll articulate clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers and Product Owners to make product changes for the end user's benefit. Your strong communication skills will be essential in advocating for quality across all levels of the organization.
- **Learning.**You're always learning new technologies and eager to figure things out as you learn. As a senior QA professional, you'll stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
- **Challenges.**Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for innovative solutions. You'll proactively identify potential quality risks and propose mitigation strategies before issues impact the end user.

**WHAT CAN HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IS**:

- **Demonstrates understanding and experience in**:
- As Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Engineer
- Writing comprehensive test scenarios and strategies
- Using API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Running SQL or NoSQL database queries
- Working with the Continuous Integration process and tools like Jenkins
- You have excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and advocate for quality

**ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:

- Experience leveraging AI and GenAI tools to enhance test automation and improve testing efficiency
- Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools and techniques for intelligent test generation and maintenance
- Ability to integrate GenAI solutions into testing workflows to accelerate test creation and execution
- Understanding of how to use AI for test data generation, bug prediction, and automated defect analysis
- You have hands-on experience with modern UI testing automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
- You have development experience using some languages like JavaScript, Java, or C#
