This position manages all activities related of the payment process for the companies Tobras (Land and Marine segments), COLT and Tramp Oil, including payments electronics, bank reconciliation, issuing bank statements. Support for the monthly closing activities.
III.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Briefly list 5 - 7 primary responsibilities of the position.
Guarantee that all company payments are made on time and correct.
Support for the monthly closing activities.
Control of pre-payments of local vendors.
Analyze withholding federal taxes, municipal and social security (IR, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, Social Security and ISS).
Relationship with banks.
IV. INFORMATION PROCESSING - Provide one or more examples of what this position is required to do with regard to receiving, analyzing and taking action on information/data received. From what sources does this position receive information or material with which to perform its responsibilities? Is the information in a standardized format? From one or multiple sources? Does this position report issue, recommend action, or initiate action?
Information/data are received by several internal customers where most of the time it doesn’t have the same format of file. Also receive files from Tax team and Finops team in the major of time and extract the reports from Oracle R12.
