We are incorporating Young Professionals with the degree of Eng. in Systems, Lic. in Systems, and related careers into our team in the area of Research and Development. We are looking for proactive, dynamic, team players with great organizational capacity who are accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail. It is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry
**What You Will Do**:

- Participate in a diverse range of projects for all areas inside the company.
- Provide support for various needs within the BairesDev teams.
- Analyze and improve cross-company processes.
- Design and execute plans for optimization.
- Between 20 and 26 years old.
- Advanced or recent graduates of the aforementioned careers
- At least 6 months of experience working in some area related to your career.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent self-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English level.
