**Descrição da vaga**
- Alinhamento mensal/semanal de planos de ação de qualidade com o QCT Analyst.
- Ações em campo baseadas em insights do QCT Analyst e relatórios periódicos.
- Reportar feedback e status dos pontos de ação ao Delivery Leader e QCT Analyst.
- Gestão da equipe: gestão de recursos (contratações, entrevistas, desligamentos, documentação relacionada), monitoramento e cumprimento de KPIs.
- Treinamento prático e coaching pontual dos Auditores.
- Gestão de hardware (preparação de dispositivos para os Auditores).

**Qualificações**
- Curso superior completo ou em andamento (preferencial).
- Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em campo.
- Inglês e espanhol intermediário são desejáveis.
- Conhecimento da metodologia de auditoria de campo, ferramentas CDAR e processos (altamente desejável).
- Maturidade profissional nas relações interpessoais e com o trabalho, permitindo eficácia diante das pressões e dificuldades de um ambiente dinâmico.
- Capacidade de compreensão de situações, tarefas, problemas e oportunidades.
- Proficiência em ferramentas de colaboração (MS Office, softwares de chat).
- Disponibilidade para viagens durante o período de coleta.
- Ter alcançado “Achieved Goals” ou “Exceed Goals” na última avaliação de desempenho.
