The Asset Integrity Manager will be responsible for our Asset Integrity and Reliability Management (AIM) services across South America. Partnering with the regional management team, you will oversee the development of technical standards and services, business development, and service delivery strategies for your region. This position will initially focus on the Brazil market before taking on a regional focus in the long term.

**What you will be doing.**:

- Growing and developing the AIM Business Line for services and software in Brazil. You will focus on account management with existing and new clients.
- Driving AIM, engineering consultancy and energy transition activities in coordination with the senior management of Americas and other Business Line heads.
- Developing new business including initiating and winning proposals together with regional teams as required and identify other cross-selling opportunities for the wider group business.
- Optimise quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction with existing clients.
- Coordinate effective key service line contract delivery operations in Brazil.
- Implement and continuously improve work processes and supporting systems to deliver excellence.
- Ensure all operations and client deliverables are in accordance with contract instructions and meet ABL’s quality procedures and policies.
- Interface with MD AIM & RMD Americas in monitoring direct service delivery costs to maximize profitability.

This position will be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. You must be legally entitled to live and work in Brazil. Travel to other countries in your region will be required on a regular basis.

**What we are looking for.**:
Ideally, you will have a proven background in leading an Asset Integrity business. More specifically, we are looking for the following:

- Proven leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience within the Offshore / Energy industries.
- Educated to degree level in a marine or relevant engineering discipline
- Extensive technical understanding of the Asset Management, offshore marine, and engineering consultancy sectors.
- Fully conversant with asset and integrity management, marine and engineering consultancy to the offshore oil and gas markets.
- Knowledge of rotating, electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (specifically Maximo, SAP) and CMMS / maintenance builds.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14224, ISO 5500, BS 6159, Safety Case Regulations, PFEER, SOLAS.
