**Long Description**:
**Principal Accountabilities**
- In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: _Under limited Supervision:
- Assist customer service representatives that give Epson products to Authorized Service Center’s
- Ensure Authorized Service Centers know how to evaluate and diagnose the Epson products and if required, provide technical advising
- Check that equipment received by Service Centers are registered in warranties system via WEB
- Review and accept monthly payments for each Center and transfer bill amount to designated Center
- Provide support to warranty extensions, service in site, critical times of response, technical training, and special events and installations
- Control and develop access keys for new Centers
- Support equipment re-processing according to SEC and/or EAI indications
- Advising regarding equipment handling
- Follow up on complaints for services provided and assist on DOA warranties
- May also be responsible for service intelligence administration:
- Generate statistical analysis of failure rate data, installed bases, recurring failures, repair costs, response times, costs per Service Center, sales volume of spare parts, etc.
- If necessary, adjust substitute codes, allocation of parts, and process for high prices
- Control consignment warehouses
- Create Service intelligence tools, including design of databases or spreadsheets
- Understand and execute manuals of technical information
