**About the team**:
Our Internal IT team provide **exceptional technical assistance** and **empower** our colleagues to **maximize their productivity and success**. We are **dedicated** to delivering timely, reliable, and **effective support services across the organization**. Through our expertise, responsiveness, and **customer-centric approach**, we aim to foster a positive work environment and enable seamless operations for our **internal stakeholders.**

**What you will do**:
- Provide exceptional support to our final users on their requests and/or issues;
- Run Onboarding / Offboarding processes;
- Update equipment inventory;
- Send/receive equipment to/from repair;
- Send/receive equipment to/from users;
- Grant/revoke access;
- Manage Office Network;
- Basic development;
- Automate existing manual processes;
- Administer Corporate Systems;
- Manage internal processes.

**Who you are**:
- Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related knowledge areas;
- Experience in activities on IT/infrastructure support;
- Fluent English;
- Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS;
- MDM knowledge - JAMF Preferable;
- IAM / SSO knowledge - Okta Preferable;
- Experience with Google Workspace;Nice to have:

- Knowledge of computer Network basic configuration;
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environment;
