**About the Team**:
The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company — from hiring the right talents, to developing employee-focused learning initiatives, and building a supportive environment for our employees to thrive in. At the core of Shopee’s success lies the talent and dedication of our employees. As our business expands, so does the need to grow with our employees.
- Locate, coordinate and execute new leadership training initiatives, working closely with the Regional Team to follow Company guidelines;
- Manage daily training operations and communications;
- Translate and develop training materials for leaders at different levels (eg toolkits, slides, EDMs);
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives;
- Facilitate onboarding initiatives for new leaders, such as mentoring, workshops, networking sessions, etc.;
- Design and deliver social and management skills training;
- Develop and implement training content and materials;
- Continually assess and improve training effectiveness by developing new training approaches and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree;
- Fluent in English (written, verbal and presentation);
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products;
- Experience in facilitation, training and/or public speaking;
- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Illustrator) a plus.
