We are looking for an Intern to join our QHSE team.

Based in Sorocaba, reporting to LATAM HSE MANAGER, you will participate daily in technical & administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
You will be responsible for:

- Support in reviewing, updating, requesting approval and disclosure of the QHSE Latin America policy, procedures and Instructions;
- Support the consolidation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment programs through regional standardization, based on corporate standards;
- Creation of presentations for training and meetings;
- Compilation and review of data to generate indicators;
- Help automate controls and indicators in the Region;
- Support in the Follow Up of routine activities in the plants in Latin America;
- Consolidation of Non-Conformities, events and accidents for regional management;
- Monitoring of monthly Reports in computerized systems, spreadsheets or dashboards;
- Execution of operational activities in general, as long as they are linked to QHSE LatAm.
- Monitoring of LatAm's cost plan and issuing requisitions, purchase orders and acceptances.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a student with the following skills and motivations:

- Administration, engineering or similar;
- Intermediate Excel;
- MS Office knowledge;
- Intermediate English - Spanish is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Knows how to handle confidential information;
- Take initiative to improve and mitigate risks;
- Take initiative to propose innovation and automation in controls;
- Excellent interpersonal relationship;
- Sense of urgency;
- Teamwork attitude;
- Practical attitude.
