We are hiring the best talent for **SENIOR TREASURY FINANCIAL ANALYST **to be located in **São Paulo, SP, Brazil.**

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the cash management activities of some countries in LATAM, systems and practices, ensuring daily liquidity for affiliates with best-in-class processes.

The role performs payments, funds transfer and short-term forecasting and directs investment of the company’s surplus cash in appropriate fixed income instruments.

The Senior Financial Analyst will regularly work with external banks.

This position works closely with the other 3 RTSCs (US, Belgium, Singapore) to identify operational improvements and benchmark to improve partnership with LATAM affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate daily management of cash position; implement improvements to processes, challenge assumptions;
- Be the first point of contact on activities related to Treasury Services. Seek to provide mentorship on how to increase cash flow, decrease financial risk, improve efficiency and/or provide additional valuable services;
- Provide phenomenal business partnering support to affiliates on foreign currency exposure management practices and provide mentorship to improve compliance;
- Build and maintain short term forecasts and related processes;
- Maintain and optimize business continuity plans for cash management;
- Provide high management with insights regarding cash generation, risk and cash management initiatives to business partners;
- Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts;
- Support Treasury Services systems-related and cash-management process-related projects;
- Closely work with other Treasury teams in Belgium and US

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. Master’s/MBA degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
- The ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously is required
