**Compliance Consultant - Brazil**

With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we are looking for a Compliance Consultant to help us further build our capabilities and manage global client projects. In this position, you will coordinate with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders on compliance and piracy campaign related activities with the support of Regional Seniors, and Managers. This role is involved with a wide range of compliance-related projects, including Software Compliance and Piracy engagements, data analytics, process improvement, and act as training resource for future new hires. We trust our consultants to always perform a high degree of quality and professionalism.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders on compliance and piracy campaigns
- Manage Software Compliance and Piracy engagements from notification phase to resolution
- Analyze, correlate, and evaluate information from compliance and piracy investigations
- Processes information for it to be viable for usage (CRM upload, offload, general reporting)
- Develop data around leads generated using external data/information that will aid in improving customer engagement for compliance/piracy campaigns
- Organizes files and ensures proper retrieval as needed
- Ensures proper documentation of procedures
- Act as Training Resource for future new hires
- Anticipate support to potential ad hoc analysis depending on the business needs.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ Year managing Software Compliance or Piracy related customer engagements
- Relevant education preferably in the field of Business Administration, Marketing (specializing in Digital Marketing), or Commerce.
- At least two years of experience handling Omni-channel programs (Calls both inbound and outbound, Written Communication, participation in Videoconferences, etc., preferably from Sales or high-end Customer Service)
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills or equivalent (Google Sheets, SPSS)
- Intermediate Internet Skills (knowledgeable in Advanced Internet Search; experience in using online lead generation tools such as Zoom Info, LinkedIn search tools, etc. is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in SMM or Digital Marketing Statistics is an advantage
- Ability to present and communicate to Client and Mid to upper management internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate usage of MS Tools
- Ability to wear ‘multiple hats’ as the situation requires
- Must be highly independent in fulfilling assigned tasks and delivering desired output
- Must be an active team player when the situation requires collaboration and cooperation between/among participants
- Must be open to working on shifting and/or night schedules and during holidays
- Able to adhere to processes and policies
- Able to anticipate, identify, analyze problem areas, and present recommendations to ensure continuity of operations
- Able to prioritize deliverables and manage time properly to meet set deadlines
- Able to maintain focus and deliver results even under pressure
- Japanese native speaker and excellent communication skills in English
- Able to handle rejection
- Must be amenable to work slight overlap with Pacific time zone to attend internal meetings
- Must be viable to work remotely (work from home)
