**Responsabilidades e atribuições** THE PROGRAMME**

In order to make the Trainee Program a success you will need all your entrepreneurial drive, intellect and creativity After an extensive onboarding period you will gain immediate on-the-job experience, while also being given ownership over various assignments.

**TRAINEE SUPPORT**

We believe you will achieve peak performance if you have the right support. We have therefore created the Trainee Support plan including: Graduate Buddy, Onboarding Buddies, HR Support and a Performance Management Cycle with clear goal setting.

During our Program you will digitally attend the Personal Development Program including lectures and group sessions. We use an interactive, practical & customized approach that allows you to self-reflect and gain essential soft skills.

**Requisitos e qualificações** WHAT WE SEEK**
- We are looking for men and women graduated in Food technology, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and Chemical Engineering with up to 2 years of experience working in operations.
- Having proficiency in both spoken and written English;
- Availability to be based out of Linhares-ES
- Negotiation, Organization skills and attention to details.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.

**DURATION: 18 months**
