Oversight high quality and high-value consultant service to customers
In this position, you will be responsible for executing project activities for different clients. You will also work closely with customer success and project teams to ensure we meet our client’s needs.

More specifically, you will:

- Represent Stibo Systems in a consultancy role in assigned implementation projects,
- Analyze customer business and data needs, designing, building, testing, documenting and supporting the proper MDM solutions.
- Guarantee quality of deliverables in line with agreed standards, within scope and budget,
- Ensure a structured approach to the analysis of customer requirements and MDM solutions in line with agreed requirements,
- Document evidence and perform internal test cycles.
- Develop new solutions and methods as personal objectives in-line with our C-Level “Must Win Battles”.

You’ll join our Professional Services team which it’s divided into Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and Solution Architects all around LATAM. You’ll be part of a team of great professionals, full of knowledge and innovation.

Technologies include
- Engineering Major, preferably Industrial, Process or Software Engineering.
- Extensible Markup Language understanding is necessary.
- Knowledge of Java Script is optional, but very much appreciated.
- Proven Master Data Management software implementation experience is mandatory.
- Business process modeling and documenting knowledge (UML, BPMN, etc.) are needed.

Advises our clients on process improvements

As a solution consultant, you must ensure the quality and fulfillment of our client’s needs.

Moreover, you:

- Have previous Master Data Management (MDM) experience and understand its benefits,
- Prove knowledge of retail & manufacture industry,
- Understand the business and develop IT strategy with excellent problem solving,
- Multi-tasker with excellent communication and time management skills, with an upbeat attitude,
- English business language proficiency is required, additional language skills would be an advantage e.g. Portuguese and Spanish.
