**Who you Are**
If you are passionate about getting hands-on with technology and eager to start your career in a innovative environment, you are perfect for us As in intern in the Q Branch team your work will have a significant impact on our Solution Engineering success by designing and implementing creative demo solutions for our customers across Latin America.

As an intern in the Q Branch Creative team, you’ll be responsible for for defining, designing, and developing videos to communicate customer value through storytelling. Using your design and editorial skills, you will play a key role in delivering the best customer experience in support of the Solution Engineering and Account teams.

**What You'll Do (Work in Progress)**
In the Q Branch Latin America organization, you will be working side by side with your fellow Demo Engineers with a variety of Solution Engineers (pre-sales consultants) across Latin America to:

- Create and develop video experiences tailored for our most strategic stakeholders, through the pre-sales process.
- Support product demonstrations by creating custom videos targeted to specific business’ needs.
- Create custom “vision” videos to illustrate and simplify complex concepts based around the Salesforce platform.
- Providing support to the Solution Engineering team as a business partner.
- You will learn to solve business problems and add business value. Hands-on contribution on assists / projects when needed.

As an intern you will be assigned with a Trailguide that will mentor you throughout the entire internship.

**Need to have (Work in Progress)**
- Script writing experience.
- Experience with video editing software, preferably: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and the Creative Suite.
- English fluency: strong language skills.
- You are a strong communicator and team player.
- You have exceptional organizational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritize. Self-motivated, desire to learn and self-study.

**Nice to have (Work in Progress)**
- Experience in motion graphics, video effects, 3D software and audio editing.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices with a passion for solving problems.
- Spanish is a plus
