**Specifics tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Gather business requirements for incidents, enhancement requests, and projects;
- Prepare detailed design specifications for program, report, or interface development;
- Coordinate IT implementation activities with the business users and other IT Support Teams;
- Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users;
- Use API tools (as MuleSoft Anypoint Studio) and other developer tools (as TFS and Postman) to troubleshoot/debug and recommend solutions;
- Support improvement activities / implementation of strategic initiatives and projects;
- Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and track work.
**Primary Skills Required**:
- Azure:
- Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
- Azure Developer AZ-204
- Azure Solution Architect AZ-303 e Az-304
- .NetCore 5, Entity Framework Core, Angular - expert level
- Typescript, HTML, CSS ou SASS, SQL, Data Modeling - intermediate level
**Nice to have skillsets**:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with MuleSoft, TFS and Postman.
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks (i.e. Scrum and KANBAN)
