**Skills**:

- Ability to use design software FIGMA
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within the given timelines
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms like web, print, social media, etc.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter personality with enthusiastic attitude in accepting work/new challenges
- Must be proactive, can work independently, and take the initiative to stay abreast of trends, tools, and best practices
- Conscientious work ethic
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Team player who is comfortable checking others' work and being peer-reviewed, as well as sharing knowledge with team members as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Design creative assets including but not limited to mood boards, logos, basic animation assets, and other communication materials.
- Develop innovative concepts and design directions, and present work clearly and effectively to internal staff, with a willingness to continue exploring conceptual options.
- Work with various departments throughout the organization to provide graphic support for projects as requested, while helping to manage project timeline, completion, and final delivery.

Qualifications: Required
- 1 year of experience in graphic design, digital design, or similar
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and FIGMA (required)
- Working knowledge of Web design (bonus, not required)
- Motion graphic experience (bonus, not required)

**Engagement Type**:Full Time - 100% Remote

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 2 Saturdays a month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
