DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Acompanhar os indicadores da área, com foco em encontrar gaps de melhoria
- Estruturar e construir análises para identificar pontos de melhoria em relação à cancelamentos e tempo médio de preparação
- Estruturar e criar análises para identificar os infratores da operação do vendedor, como processos ruins ou áreas de operação da Shopee
- Estruturar e construir projeções de métricas e iniciativas relacionadas a custos
- Trabalhar lado a lado com as equipes de operações para alinhar suas iniciativas com as metas da área

**Requirements**:

- Graduação completa em Matemática, Estatística, Engenharia ou outras áreas afins
- Nível avançado em Python e SQL
- Inglês Avançado
- Experiência com Consultoria de Gestão/Estratégia (Diferencial)
- Local: São Paulo (Híbrido**)
