We are looking for a Paralegal to join our team. You will assist BDev Venture’s Head of Legal in all matters under his area. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry
What You Will Do:

- Draft and revise documents.
- Process documents for signature and storage in Bitrix / Drive.
- Legal Research.
- Other related tasks.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles/industry/companies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous work experience with corporate/corporate securities.
- HR and employment experience is a plus
- Advanced Office and Carta.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
