- Primary Responsibilities- Auxiliar no registro de transações financeiras, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber e lançamentos contábeis.- Realizar conciliações de contas bancárias, extratos de fornecedores e outros registros financeiros.- Auxiliar na preparação de relatórios para uso interno ou para fins de auditoria. Colaborar com a equipe contábil para garantir a conformidade com as políticas e regulamentações da organização.- Apoiar as atividades de fechamento mensal e anual, fornecendo a documentação e assistência necessárias.- Identificar e implementar melhorias de processos para aumentar a eficiência operacional e a precisão financeira.- Executar reconciliações e análises de todas as contas do balanço patrimonial.
- Key Result Areas- Registro preciso e pontual das transações financeiras.- Registros financeiros organizados e atualizados.- Suporte eficaz em reconciliações e tarefas contábeis.- Contribuições positivas para o bom funcionamento dos processos contábeis.
