**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **highly organized, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Project Manager** to take full ownership of our project execution process. This role is critical to ensuring every marketing product is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. You’ll be the central hub between our internal team, freelancers, and clients, keeping projects on track, holding everyone accountable, and leading initiatives from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan & Execute**: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for all marketing product launches and campaigns.
- **Own the Process**: Manage every layer of the business related to product fulfillment, from creative development to final delivery.
- **Technology-Driven**: Use project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, CRM, automations, etc.) to track progress, assign tasks, and maintain deadlines.
- **Leadership & Accountability**: Lead team meetings, delegate effectively, and ensure all team members and freelancers meet performance expectations.
- **Client Experience**: Oversee client communications during fulfillment, ensuring we deliver a premium experience and exceptional results.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify bottlenecks, create process efficiencies, and improve workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
- **Team Growth**: Recruit, onboard, and manage future hires and freelancers as the company scales.
- **AI & Innovation**: Explore, implement, and optimize AI tools to enhance workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve client deliverables.
- **Client Communication & Reporting**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Budget & Resource Management**: Track project budgets and ensure all resources are used efficiently. Approve or flag overages before they become issues.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Review marketing assets before they go live to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and legal compliance.
- **Metrics & Performance Tracking**: Define KPIs for campaigns and internal workflows.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English (written and spoken).**:

- **Proven Experience** as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in marketing, advertising, or a fast-paced service-based business.
- **Exceptional Organization Skills** — obsessive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball.
- **Tech-Savvy** — mastery of project management software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- **Strong Leadership Abilities** — confident in directing a team, holding people accountable, and driving results.
- **Excellent Communication Skills** — both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex tasks and keep everyone aligned.
- **Problem-Solver Mindset** — thrives in challenges, quickly finds solutions, and proactively removes obstacles.
- **Results-Driven Mentality** — focused on meeting deadlines, delivering quality, and exceeding expectations.
- **AI-Savvy**: Comfortable using AI tools for project management, content creation, workflow automation, or data analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, Zapier with AI integrations, or similar).
- Ability to **identify opportunities to implement solutions** to improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speed.
- **Proactive communication** — anticipating issues before they arise.
- **Attention to trends** — stays up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and AI innovations.
- Flexible to occasionally work outside standard hours to meet client deadlines, coordinate with team members in different time zones, or handle urgent campaign issues.
