**Resumen del trabajo**:
Este puesto será responsable de liderar y coordinar toda la actividad de ventas dentro del territorio, asegurando los pedidos de toda la gama de productos y soluciones de Flowserve. El director de ventas deberá gestionar y formar a un equipo de ventas y a la red existente de agentes y distribuidores, mantener el contacto con las partes interesadas internas, mantener buenas relaciones comerciales con la base de clientes, pero también desarrollar y establecer relaciones con nuevos clientes.
**Responsabilidades y requisitos**:
- Distribuir el plan de reservas entre los subordinados directos, ponerlo en práctica y garantizar que se cumpla o se supere la previsión de ventas de la zona.
- Establecer el presupuesto anual y garantizar que los gastos de venta estén bien controlados y se ajusten al presupuesto.
- Desarrollar y preparar un plan estratégico anual de ventas basado en las oportunidades de mercado que sean coherentes con los objetivos estratégicos de Flowserve.
- Establecer metas y objetivos para los subordinados directos en consonancia con la estrategia de la empresa, garantizar que se cumplan o superen, y desarrollar los déficits mediante la formación, el entrenamiento y el apoyo.
- Proporcionar previsiones de reservas oportunas, precisas, significativas y fiables.
- Cumplir los objetivos financieros y no financieros anuales acordados por la dirección. Hacer un seguimiento de los créditos vencidos y prestar apoyo para obtener pagos cuando sea necesario.
- Establecer, desarrollar y mantener buenos contactos con Operaciones, Operaciones Comerciales y cualquier otra función interna para que las necesidades de los clientes se satisfagan rápidamente y podamos ofrecer nuestros productos a precios competitivos.
- Apoyar activamente el Programa de Intensidad Comercial y el Programa Challenger.
- Proporcionar una comunicación profesional y aplicar las estrategias y políticas de la empresa.
- En colaboración con el equipo de distribución, identificar, nombrar y gestionar a los representantes de ventas y distribuidores.
- Desarrollar alianzas y gestionar las prestaciones contractuales de las alianzas.
- Crear un ambiente positivo entre los miembros del equipo y los socios comerciales.
- Actuar con ética e integridad en todo momento y ser un defensor de la ética y la integridad dentro de Flowserve.

**Experiência / habilidades preferidas**:
- Experiência en ventas de bombas centrífugas, sellos mecánicos o válvulas.
- Se prefiere la experiência en el desarrollo del mercado secundario.
- Capacidades demostradas de comunicación, presentación e influencia.
- Jugador de equipo y gestor, con habilidades interpersonales bien desarrolladas.
- Capacidades demostradas de gestión del tiempo y organización.
- Conocimientos de informática: MS Office, incluidos los conocimientos de Excel, MS Outlook y los sistemas de venta informatizados.
- Inglés avanzado, español fluido, portugués intermedio (deseable)
- Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones de trabajo eficaces en todos los níveles de la empresa.
- Compromiso con la aplicación de las mejores prácticas en las ventas y la motivación de los demás.
- Habilidades multitarea superiores, capaces de gestionar múltiples proyectos/cuentas simultáneamente.
- Se requiere la capacidad y la voluntad de viajar principalmente a través del área de responsabilidad.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o similar y 8-10 años de experiência.
