In this role you will take Ownership of creating & executing optimum sourcing strategy throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. You will work to develop and execute NPI Sourcing strategies to enable growth, increase margin, reduce costs. You will be a key member of an ever growing procurement team - driving our business forwards.

As a Sourcing NPI Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Leading NPI Tenders and integrating NPI solutions within pursuit phase
- Collaborating with NPI team to identify and qualify suppliers and partnerships
- Building supplier partnerships and strategic agreements
- Conducting Client engagement and influencing on procurement strategy of NPI product and Leading supplier engagement workshops
- Conducting Cost out negotiations and schedule optimization
- Evaluating and reporting on data analytics and handling management of obsolescence

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Degree or equivalent experience (CPM/ CPIM preferred).
- Possess considerable experience within sourcing/ procurement in a technical setting, with good project management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to negotiate commercial aspects with suppliers and the ability to build and manage supplier relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Have proven analytical skills and be comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Possess professional relationship building skills and ability to interface across the entire enterprise (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, PL, etc.)
