**Privacy Analyst (Remote)**
- Full-time, Italy, India, Brazil, Costa Rica, Poland, Spain, Canada, United States, Mexico_

BCD Travel is looking to hire a qualified privacy analyst meeting the below specifications. The primary emphasis for this position will be to support the BCD Travel Privacy Team in providing service-oriented, business-minded support in connection with data privacy matters. This position may be virtual or office-based, depending on where BCD Travel has a presence.

**As a Privacy Analyst, you will**
- Initiate, review, analyze, and complete privacy assessments and privacy-related inquiries, working with both internal and external clients and vendors
- Research and monitor changes in laws, regulations, trends, discussions, and best business practices related to data protection and privacy
- Update policies, procedures, and training related to privacy
- Advise internal staff based on privacy policies, procedures, and strategies
- Advise on privacy issues related to new products and services
- Assist with privacy audits and other privacy tasks

**About you**
- Legal and privacy experience with prior experience working on data privacy matters
- Ability to translate the legal data protection obligations in the context of the services BCD Travel provides
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
- Experience with OneTrust and highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel if necessary
- Relevant privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM) and experience in the travel industry are preferred but not required
