**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
›Ensure local implementation of central Facility Management for energy Efficiency and KPIs.

›Perform energy management (e.g. set plant energy reduction roadmap, setup and implement energy reduction projects).

›Promote sustainable energy initiatives and project concepts to the management.

›Looking for new opportunities such as solar energy, use of biogas and biomass.

›Building maintenance, such as.: Roof and gutter maintenances, Buildings paintings, maintenance of streets, path walks, parking lots, fences, gates, lightnings.
