Procuramos um(a) Community Lead com visão de negócio, apaixonado(a) pelo empreendedorismo e com muita vontade de construir um trabalho que impacte a vida de milhares de pessoas.

O(a) Community Lead deve conversar com todos os nosso clientes, entregando sempre o máximo de valor em seus conteúdos e interações. Criatividade, uma boa escrita e adaptação de linguagem para os diferentes perfis de públicos são imprescindíveis, assim como muita empatia e capacidade de autogestão.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Auxiliar o Community Manager a nutrir e manter a comunidade organizada;
- Gerenciar o time de Community Manager do G4 Club e do G4 Scale;
- Implantar e monitorar ORKs de Qualidade
- Auxiliar na identificação dos "job to be done" do G4 Comunidades;
- Implementar as ações necessárias para garantir a retenção dos membros;
- Preencher e organizar o Community Canvas e o framework Job To Be Done;
- Priorizar as oportunidades, definir as expectativas de resultados e executar planos de ação;
- Publicar e atualizar conteúdos de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes nas diferentes redes sociais e comunidades do G4 Educação;
- Garantir a comunicação adequada da marca com o público nos diferentes canais, com foco em gerar credibilidade, valor e impacto de sucesso para todos os nossos clientes;
- Desenvolver materiais de comunicação necessários para atender às demanda da comunidade;
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Vivência na área de comunidade. Desejável participação em eventos relacionados a este ecossistema;
- Empatia;
- Facilidade em compartilhar seu conhecimento e promover conexões entre pessoas;
- Vontade de aprender e fazer parte de um time incrível.
