**Job Description**:
Our Client: We are recruiting for a client in the consumer goods industry.

Your Role: You would be required to lead the strategic human resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment. Initiates implementation of services, policies, and programs. Key areas of responsibility would be to develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies for the company. Drive a performance culture across the organization by ensuring goals & objectives are set across the organization. Run the operational agenda seamlessly and carry a team of HR business partners to deliver on the same. Direct the process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design and Human Capital planning. Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. This needs to be achieved while understanding the broader talent requirements and development opportunities.

Must Haves: A University degree graduate in Business, Management or Human Resources, MBA would be a plus. Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in HR. Should have experience in setting up business operations and profound knowledge of local labor law and statutory requirements. Excellent communication skills and strong people management capabilities.
