**Logistics Analyst**:

Control and maintain tracking of the flow of storage, distribution and transport of products, equipment, materials and others necessary, within the quality standards established by the company and seeking the best cost-benefit ratio, from the point of origin to the final destination, with the purpose of meeting customer demands.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the national logistics of materials and equipment - inbound and outbound - for the Motion division.
- Monthly monitoring through KPIs the performance of logistics service providers.
- Evaluate the Ctes issued on behalf of ABB, making sure they comply with the agreed prices and release them for payment (ReadSoft).
- Analyze freight releases carried out within cost centers and make necessary allocations (Cobint).
- Prepare reports to support the controllership area, including aging analysis.
- Carry out expense audits, ensuring that the amount to be paid will be correct, as well as blocking and other dealings for those who present deviations.
- Negotiate spot demand freight.
- Monitor and/or develop logístical partners for new routes, when this is not in the corporate agreement.
- Interface between corporate and local for national logistics issues.
- Support to the Import and Export area, for issuing import reports in progress, checking expenses of logístical partners and closing costs.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor's degree in administration, logistics or related careers.
- 1-2 years of transport coordination experience.
- Experience in providing logístical services (import and export).
- Basic knowledge of costs.
- Knowledge of SAP, TMS, Excel.
