DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**Descrição do Cargo**:

- Avaliar a operação logística constantemente, visando detectar, registrar e sanar condições inseguras no ambiente de trabalho;
- Orientar os funcionários na observância das normas de higiene e segurança, procedimentos corretos, uso adequado de instrumentos, EPIs, máquinas e equipamentos diversos;
- Realizar análise de risco das tarefas e propor melhorias;
- Investigar as causas de ocorrências, acidentes e desvios, realizando o aprofundamento de investigações junto com a equipe local;
- Acompanhar os serviços de manutenção em geral, zelando pela observância de procedimentos e garantindo a análise de risco adequada via permissão de trabalho;
- Ministrar treinamentos de QHSE (Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade) às equipes operacionais;
- Auditar e orientar equipes terceiras à seguirem os procedimentos de segurança na Shopee;
- Organizar e liderar CIPA e brigada de incêndio das unidades, bem como as atividades associadas;
- Gerenciar o programa de segurança por comportamento das unidades;
- Realizar regionalmente os projetos da área (em mais de uma unidade SPX);
- Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa.

**Requirements**:

- Formação completa em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;
- Vivência em ambiente logístico
- Experiência com brigada (cursos e treinamentos )
- Pacote Office intermediário
- Estar registrado no Ministério do Trabalho
- Local : Faria Lima Plaza
