Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields) - Experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, or related areas - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis - Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese - Flexibility to work weekends/overnight shifts when necessary - Availability to travel
- MBA or related post-graduate degree
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Experience with databases and data analysis
- Experience in warehouse/distribution center environment
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels
- Experience in physical security systems implementation/maintenance
