**Junior Support Analyst**

We're looking for a **Junior Support Analyst**to join our on-site support team. This is a direct customer service role, with regular interaction with various managers and VIP users.

**In this role, you will**:
Perform maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of computer hardware and systems.

Perform services, repairs, and installations of hardware, software, and computer networks, either on-site or remotely.

**Work model: On-Site Position**

Based on the business requirements of this position, this is an on-site position requiring 5 days per week at the client's office in Novo Hamburgo - RS

**What you need to have to be considered**

Experience in maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of computer hardware and systems.

Customer-oriented and interpersonal skills to interact with managers and VIP users.

Strong technical knowledge to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

**These will help you stand out**
