Local Unit & Position Description:
GSS HR South America (presence in Argentina, Brazil and Chile) is looking for a HR Analyst, to perform the tasks below:
Recruitment & Selection
- Post jobs and manage applicant flow
- Assist managers with job analysis, job description development and interview
- Screen and qualify applicants on a time-sensitive basis
- Facilitate the use and interpretation of various pre-hire assessment tools including skills assessments
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System
- Support and advise on all recruitment related issues
- Maintain and store personnel files with relevant documents in line with corporate requirements and local labor law
- Ensure HR internal system updates (audit reports and system maintenance)

Assistance in business mobility (visa requirements, contact with immigration provider)
- Maintenance and update of the local Job Title/Salary Spreadsheets (“Cargos e Salários”)

Work on additional projects and tasks

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Fluent English required, both written and verbal
- Spanish skills strongly desired
- Portuguese Native
- Customer Service skills required
- Self-driven with teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills, take personal responsibility on professional development
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability, and embraces change
- Attention to details
- Analytical and attentive to details, process improvement mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively with internal customers and external suppliers
- Strong internet-based sourcing abilities; adept at using LinkedIn and other related digital avenues

This employee will be based in our Rio de Janeiro office and is expected to work at least 3 days in the office and 2 days in remote work (hybrid regime)
