Royal American, based in Campinas, SP, provides corporate security and transportation services, including non-emergency medical transport throughout Latin America. We seek a Project Manager who will also act as a Dispatch/Operations Service Agent.

Our clients expect high-quality service every day of the year, so all team members must focus on details and deliver excellent care.

**Job Summary**:
You will monitor, modify, and schedule various services like chauffeurs, security agents, ambulances, etc. Frequent changes and last-minute requests require constant communication, flexibility, and calm decision-making.

**Background & Skillset desired**:

- Prior experience with security services, executive transportation or similar
- Ability to follow systems & procedures consistently, as well as corporate policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Portuguese)
- Multi-tasker, problem-solver, highly focused, able to quickly think on their feet
- Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined with a positive professional attitude
- Responsive, active listener and a very quick learner

**Work location**: Campinas, Sao Paulo

**Job Types/work hours**:Full-time, 48 hours per week

**Salary**: to be negotiated, depending on qualifications and experience

**Experience**:

- Dispatch and operations (required)

**Language**:

- English advanced knowledge (required)
- Portuguese advanced knowledge (required)
- Spanish (desired)

**Shift availability**:

- Day & Night Shift (required)

Pay: R$6,000.00 - R$6,500.00 per month
