**HEATING AND COOLING Versatile REPAIR PERSON/Technician for heating and cooling equipments inside small and multi family houses**:
**We are seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded technician with comprehensive knowledge across multiple technical disciplines, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, natural gas heating, air conditioners, and refreigeraters. This role requires a versatile individual with expertise spanning various fields, not limited to a single specialty.**

**Location**: USA (3-year visa provided)
**Salary**: $32,000/year
**Accommodation**: Small rental apartment is provided.

This individual will be granted a 3-year USA visa and trained in American installation and service standards. Following their training, they will return to Pakistan to represent our company, upholding its values and delivering exceptional services to our clients. Please make sure to include details about your previous years of experience and your monthly earnings in your previous working companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plumbing Work**: Installation and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- **Electrical Work**: Wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- **Carpentry**: Handling woodwork tasks such as framing, installation, and finishing.
- **Natural Gas fired Hot Water heater/Boilers and Burners**: Installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- **AIR CONDTIONING**: Installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- **Welding**: Metalwork tasks, including fabrication and repair.
- **Product Installation**: Ensuring the seamless installation of American and Chinese high-quality products.
- **Customer Service**: Interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the quality and precision of the work performed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) certification will be preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, boilers and burners, and welding.
- **Language**: Must be fluent in English.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge in multiple trades.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
