**ATIVIDADES**:

- Construir com os times de tecnologia o processo de entrega, escolha de ferramentas e formas de inspecionar e corrigir as definições continuamente;
- Conduzir times no estabelecimento e uso de práticas ágeis;
- Disseminar a cultura ágil;
- Apoiar na facilitação de sessões de brainstorming, planning, refinamento;
- Ajudar as equipes a se comunicar de forma eficaz e apoiar na resolução de conflitos;
- Gerenciar projetos e reportar o andamento das atividades do time

**FORMAÇÃO**:
Ensino Superior em Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins.

**PRÉ-REQUISITOS**:

- Conhecimento básico sobre desenvolvimento de software e arquitetura de micros serviços;
- Experiência como Scrum Master, Agile Coach ou Agile Master e com métricas de fluxo de desenvolvimento de produtos digitais;
- Experiência com gestão de projetos que passaram por construção de software ágil;
- Excelente relacionamento interpessoal;
- Gostar de ensinar e aprender;
- Experiência em coletar e analisar as métricas dos times;
- Gestão de pessoas;
- Ser proativo;
- Ter um perfil de liderança;
- Liderar pelo exemplo de boas práticas

**SALÁRIO**: R$ 4800,00 a 5800,00
