Full-Stack Java + React Technical Leader at BairesDev
We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to provide significant value to the development team by proposing innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the design of cloud architectures based on distributed services, leveraging your deep understanding of development patterns and Java architectures. Your experience with monitoring and alerting architectures and technologies, combined with expertise in continuous integration and code review, will be essential. This role requires proven experience leading teams in complex technological environments.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures based on distributed services.
- Technically own different platform modules, including design, development, and integration.
- Design and write clean, robust code for both backend (Java) and frontend (React) components.
- Implement monitoring and alerting architectures and technologies.
- Lead continuous integration processes and code review practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Perform research and development to evaluate new technologies and communicate their value for the company.
- Guide the team in complex technological environments.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience with Java and React development.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- Deep understanding of development patterns and Java architectures.
- Strong experience in cloud architecture and distributed services.
- Expertise in monitoring and alerting architectures and technologies.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Native Spanish level.
- Advanced level of English.
