We are looking for a **Jr Financial Analyst** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Analyze financial data to identify **discrepancies and potential risks**.
- Investigate and follow up on pending issues until resolution.
- Classify and standardize bank statements and related financial controls.
- Review specific transactions such as **expatriations, funding, payments, and transfers**.
- Monitor **bank fees** and propose **cost-saving improvements**.
- Prepare **reliable data sets** to support the team.
- Support **internal audits** and adhere to schedules and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **financial operations**, especially in **bank reconciliations**.
- Strong **logical reasoning**, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
- Well-organized, with a **systemic view** and adaptability.
- **Intermediate Excel skills**, including VBA and Power Query.
- **Basic Python knowledge** is a plus.
- Experience in **audit or finance departments** is a differential.
