Senior Corporate Accounting and Finance Manager

OSM Brazil is looking for a a highly experienced Senior Corporate Accounting and Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, financial control, and strategic support to the business, working closely with the Managing Director and the global OSM Thome Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all corporate accounting and finance activities for OSM Thome Brazil.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax, accounting, and regulatory frameworks, as well as group policies.
- Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in senior finance and accounting leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Previous experience in multinational environments; maritime, offshore, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
