O&m Technician I

O&M technician works in the field in the operation and maintenance of wind farms, being responsible for providing technical support to wind farms, monitoring and developing predictive, corrective and preventive maintenance activities; In this position, you will also be responsible for performing equipment inspections among other activities;

This role gives you great experience to work in an environment of operational challenges and innovation in the performance of the role. It also requires technical competence, quality of service, attention and safety in daily activity.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Provide technical support to windfarms, monitoring and developing predictive, corrective and preventive maintenance activities;
- Perform equipment inspections;
- Perform installation and commissioning of components in wind turbines;
- Responsible for monitoring and executing the retrofit and repair process;
- Elaborate technical specifications;
- Analyze failures and carry out negotiations;
- Perform unscheduled maintenance (troubleshooting) on wind turbines in accordance with maintenance, safety and best market practices procedures;
- Carry out activities related to the exchange and maintenance of wind turbine components and related activities necessary for the task, such as preparation of lifting devices, access by baskets, etc.;
- Carry out inspections, reports, analyses, campaigns, retrofits and other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the wind turbine;
- Promoting safety inside and outside the wind turbine in accordance with safety standards good market practices, being responsible for the activities and safety of the team;
- Perform the administrative routines of stock, security and operational procedures;
- Prepare activity and checklist reports.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Full Technician in Electrical, Electrotechnical, Electromechanical or related fields;
- Previous experience in a wind farm will be a plus;
- Availability to live in Bom Jardim da Serra/SC and travel to other parks whenever necessary;
- Ability to manage and work efficiently with multiple levels of people and culture in the matrix organization;
- Ability to inspire, engage and drive new ideas and innovation;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- English, spoken and written, will be a plus;
- Active CREA or CF registration.
