**Summary and Scope**: **Directions & Key Responsibilities**_: _ - Responsible to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of business analysis, technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. - Collaborates as the link between business units and IT management level, pursuing business outcomes and adoption. - Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels. - Translate existing IT Governance and Methodologies into simplified version for business comprehension regarding their initiatives. - Lead ideas management framework which will consolidate product 360° transparency (from ideas, execution to adoption). **Qualifications** Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, engineering, or business administration. Post-graduation or MBA in business (preferred) **Experience and Skills**: **Required**: - Critical thinking and planning, operational execution excellence - Nimble LEAN thinking to inspire change that enables efficiencies and drives growth - Problem solving - Effective written/verbal communications skills - Deep understanding of business drivers/processes, strategies, and ability to relate priorities to technology investments - Business process mapping and improvement - Financial knowledge to lead IT budgets **Preferred**: - The incumbent must show eye for business in Pharmaceuticals or Health Industry (Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product Launches, CRM, Marketing Intelligence and Customer Insights, Sales Performance Mgmt, Field Force Mgmt, Direct Sales, Events Mgmt) - Critical thinking and planning, operational execution excellence - Knowledge trends (eg: digital, automation/robotics, analytics, CRM salesforce, SaaS model); proven experience driving adoption to improve IT experience - Knowledge trends (eg: digital, automation/robotics, analytics, CRM, SaaS model); shown experience driving adoption in the business - IT Products: Veeva CRM, SFDC, Qlik Sense, Office365 (powerapps) - Leadership skills to influence others in a matrix organization.
