We are looking for a **Systems Architect** to help clients drive fully-measured and highly-efficient B2B marketing. You are comfortable implementing and analyzing marketing automation systems (specifically with Marketo), assisting in driving processes/systems that solve issues and communicate them with confidence. You are also comfortable moving a strategy forward with confidence.
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and appreciates the strength of using data to drive decisions. Experience with Marketo is a must.
**Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Manage operational execution of integrated marketing systems across all digital channels.
- Manage the client's implementation and marketing database systems, including data hygiene, data transformation, and data enhancement projects.
- Lead overall implementation and alignment of various system roadmaps with the broader marketing vision and strategy.
- Create and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and database management.
- Bring a data-driven and iterative “test, refine, repeat” approach to marketing operations.
**Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- 5+ Years as Marketo Administrator.
- Enterprise/Global Instance Experience.
- Certified MCE Required. Certified Salesforce Admin is not required but is highly desirable.
- Experience in business analytics and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
**Nice to Haves / preferred qualifications**:
- Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with/passionate about industry best practices
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with other automation platforms
- Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in working in a remote position
