If you are an organized person, good at negotiating and able to solve problems quickly, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** **Purchasing** - Negotiate with suppliers and close strategic purchases of materials, supplies and services. - Ensure fair contracts, with deadlines and conditions that make sense for the business. - Control orders and delivery schedules, avoiding delays and rework. - Always look for new opportunities for savings and efficiency. - Supplier Assessment - Receive internal requests, obtain quotes and negotiate with a focus on cost-benefit. - Approve and monitor suppliers. - Control deliveries and ensure order compliance. - Promote the distribution of purchased items **Facilities / Infrastructure** - Organize and monitor maintenance in the building: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, security, cleaning. - Manage building service suppliers (cleaning, security, gardening, maintenance, snacks, food). - Ensure a safe and functional work environment for the entire team. - Take care of the regulatory documentation of the physical structure. - Support for the rental of other infrastructures. - Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. - Control service provider contracts. - Monitor operational indicators of the building structure. **Budget Management**: - Participate in the budget forecasting of purchases and facilities. - Control expenses and support the finance team with releases and validations **Requirements**: - Degree in Administration - Knowledge of ERP tools and spreadsheets - Knowledge in English **Extra details and benefits** - On-site in Joinville, SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Parental Leave - Wedding Leave - Flash card (supermarket and restaurants) - Total Pass - Clude Saúde - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Tipo de vaga: Autônomo / PJ Pagamento: R$3.000,00 - R$4.500,00 por mês **Benefícios**: - Assistência médica - Assistência odontológica - Vale-alimentação Horário de trabalho: - De segunda à sexta-feira - Turno de 8 horas Pagamento adicional: - Bônus **Experiência**: - Compras (obrigatório) - Facilities (obrigatório) Idioma: - Inglês (preferencial)
