We are USA based Hospitality Marketing Agency. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can face USA-based clients, create marketing strategies, and deliver the expected KPIs.

We’re looking for an individual with at least 7 years of digital marketing, project management experience in a **creative or marketing agency**, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- provide oversight on digital strategy
- Partner closely with each department
- Understand complex business challenges and bring a positive attitude towards solving them
- Stretch our team’s and our clients’ approaches to creative executions
- Bring fresh thinking and collaborative spirit to the team when developing work
**Skills & Experience**
- 7 years of experience
- Ability to take consumer insights and turn them into integrated strategies
- Background leading digital campaigns
- Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
- Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture
- Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
- First-hand experience taking projects from concept to execution
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to iterate and evolve strategy with constructive feedback
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
Work Remotely

Pay: Up to R$12,000.00 per month
