Come be part of the EMIT Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

**What you will do**:

- Should be able to help the delivery team to achieve sprint goals
- Should be able to guide other developers about how develop code using code standards, with good code practices
- Should be able to guide other developers presenting better solutions in terms of code implementation to solve business demands
- Must have relevant technology stack experience

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Deep expertise in relevant tech stack acquired through a variety of development experiences
- Excellent communication skills - to communicate to team members, stakeholders, and external parties
- Ability to mentor others by teaching, coaching, and providing feedback
- Passion for the principles of good software design and development and ability to explain their importance to team members
- Growth-mindset - a demonstrated pattern of self-learning and skills growth
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a software developer
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g..Net, React, React native, Angular JS) and familiarity with adjacent technologies and aspects of the tech stack
- Experience with cloud technology (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Expertise in software security best practices
- Full understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (define, design, develop, test, deploy, operate)
