As the Operations Performance Manager in Brazil, you will be responsible for leading the monitoring and improvement of performance indicators and insights into the results of the Operations, Service, Processes, Customer Experience, and Fraud Prevention areas. Acts as a facilitator of a high-performance culture, aligning global strategic goals with local operations through data analysis and continuous improvement. Based on the business strategy and vision, you will promote collaboration between departments, striving for better operational results.

What you will do:

- Performance management of the Operations, Customer Service, Fraud Prevention, Processes, and Customer Experience areas, providing clear data visualization and developing indicators, analyses, and insights—both for operational management and for the executive vision of results, in alignment with Pluxee's strategic vision and goals.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making, facilitating the day-to-day management of operations for teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, based on the analysis of operational performance metrics, and propose continuous improvement initiatives, managing change and promoting a culture of data-driven and performance-driven decisions.
- Plan and monitor the board's budget, assessing deviations and opportunities, and serve as a focal point with Finance.
- Lead talent, focusing on performance, quality, and continuous improvement, fostering an innovative, autonomous, and results-oriented work environment. 6. Collaborate with the Data team as a focal point for data needs and to develop advanced predictive models to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support the consolidation of materials and prioritization of agendas for performance meetings in the area, based on results, as well as in committees with company leadership.

You’re a match - What we're looking for:
Education Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.

Work Experience Requirements:

- Knowledge of operations performance management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards to monitor/evaluate operational performance, costs, and budgets.

- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, with proficiency in DAX, ETL processes, and DataViz best practices.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, such as Cohort.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
