**Your Role & Responsibility**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top talent.
- Focus on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Understand and stay updated on market trends in the DACH region to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully closing a variety of IT positions.
- Previous experience in the DACH region is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluent German is a significant advantage.
